Annual Maintenance

Spring Sprinkler System Start Up

Start up System
Check main for leaks and damages
Inspect every zone
Check sprinkler heads and adjust for proper coverage

Winter Sprinkler System Shut Down

Ensure sprinkle system is free of water
Blow out the water from the main line, valves and sprinkler heads
Uninstall backflow assembly (when necessary)
Shut down controller
Winterize backflow properly

Sprinkler System Backflow Testing & Inspection

Backflow testing is mandatory by many local municipalities to protect the drinking water system
Complete backflow testing
Upon passing, the certification will be mailed to the local municipality

Lawn Sprinkler Repair

System does not turn on or off
Sprinkler heads need unstuck, replaced or adjusted
Change, remove or add more sprinkler heads
Replace broken or leaking pipes
Water is not covering the whole lawn
Timer and/or controller not operating correctly
